Zambia’s debt: Where did the money go?

FRAUD involving kickback payments and inflated pricing could be at the heart of Zambia’s 200 million US dollar (US$) solar milling project, according to comparative procurement figures obtained by Makanday. The Chinese government provided the US$ 200 million loan to the project recipients – the Zambia Cooperative Federation (ZCF).
